Context

uRecruits is a platform that is able to streamline the way people hire and get hired. It covers all the aspects of the hiring process, and even goes beyond the traditional. It can automatically define prospects' strengths and skills through interviews and assessments and thus evaluate their coding and role-specific skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Challenge

The main challenge was working on micro-services and connecting all the modules that relate tightly together. It thus became possible to achieve ultimate process automation.

Project results

The project resulted in building a platform with a role-based approach that enabled to have restricted features accessible for specific predefined user roles.

Marketing website showcases info about the product & services which are accessible for users in the app, and the pricing tiers for Assessment and Recruitment modules.

The jobs page reflects all the published job listings, gives an ability to find the needed position with just a few clicks by filtering through the requirements, skills, and other criteria.

As a recruiter, you can post to job boards, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for a head start in attracting quality candidates.

It is possible to create coding assessments and thus achieve better automation in evaluating candidates’ skills, such as critical thinking, problem solving, soft skills. Keep all your scheduled interviews organized in one place with an easy to use calendar.
